摘要:
为精确研究弦支穹顶预应力张拉施工过程中,索撑节点处滑移摩擦导致的预应力损失问题,基于冷冻-升温法,利用泛函中广义逆的概念,推导了计算弦支穹顶环索预应力滑移摩擦损失的迭代算法,研究了索撑节点处的滑移摩擦对弦支穹顶结构预应力分布的影响,提出通过减小索撑节点滑移摩擦系数、多点张拉和超张拉等措施来减小预应力摩擦损失,算例表明该方法可有效模拟弦支穹顶结构的预应力摩擦损失,且所提出的补偿措施可较好解决预应力摩擦损失问题.
Abstract:
In order to study the prestress loss induced by friction between cable and cablestrut joint in prestressing construction of suspendome precisely,an iterative algorithm,which can be used in calculating the prestress friction loss,was derived from frozen-heated method and generalized inverse concept in functional theory. Using this iterative algorithm,the influence of friction between cable and cable-strut joint on the prestress distribution of suspendome was studied,and three compensation measures,namely reducing coefficient of sliding friction between cable and cable-strut joint,increasing the number of tension points and the constructional control value,were put forward to reduce the prestress loss induced by friction. It is showed by numerical examples that the iterative algorithm can calculate the friction loss of prestress accurately in suspendom construction,and compensation measures can also solve the problem of prestress friction loss effectively.
