- 在新工业革命的浪潮下,专业认证作为有效保障工程教育质量的手段,其地位与作用正日益凸显。目前,以盎格鲁 - 北美体系和欧洲大陆体系两种典型模式在各自系统制度构架——《华盛顿协议》和“欧洲工程教育认证网络”的基础上不断推动专业认证制度赋能革新。文章在对我国认证制度改革历史演进和专业认证标准制度设计进行深度阐述与解读基础上,着重探索我国专业认证制度核心——认证标准设计在标准弹性与挑战度、标准结构层次、标准适用情境以及标准衔接机制等方面面临的多重挑战。进一步指出未来我国专业认证标准的重构方向,即认证标准弹性化、本硕标准贯通制、认证标准特色化以及分类衔接制度化。
- Abstract:
- In the wave of the new industrial revolution, professional accreditation, an effective mean to ensure the quality of engineering education, enjoys increasingly prominent status and role. At present, based on Washington Agreement and the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education, two typical models of the Anglo-north American system and the European continental system, the innovation of professional accreditation system is continuously promoted. Based on the in-depth explanation and interpretation of the historical evolution of China’s accreditation system reform and the design of professional accreditation standard system, this paper focuses on exploring the core challenges faced by China’s professional accreditation system - accreditation standard design in the aspects of standard flexibility and challenge,standard structure and level, standard application situation and standard connection mechanism. Furthermore, it points out the reconstruction direction of professional accreditation standards in China in the future, that is, the flexibility of accreditation standards, the integration of undergraduate and master standards, the characteristics of accreditation standards and the institutionalization of classification and connection.
