摘要:
 组织人力资源所具有的知识与其所从事的业务流程、所处的周围环境状况、所在岗位的职能层次及其所用的思维逻辑均有密切联系。根据系统工程方法论的四维结构体系,从职能层次、环境、流程、逻辑4个维度分析组织人力资源知识的结构问题,形成了组织人力资源知识的四维结构。表明组织人力资源知识包括职能知识维,环境知识维,流程知识维和逻辑知识维四个维度,人力资源在解决问题的逻辑思维过程和决策过程中,要综合运用有关职能、环境、流程和逻辑等方面的知识。为组织根据人力资源所处职能层次,确定人力资源逻辑思维知识、环境知识、业务流程知识以及职能知识的需求结构及其分布特征,从而为确定人力资源选拔、培训提供参考框架和依据。
Abstract:
 The knowledge of human resources organization is closely related to several factors which specifically include business process, environment conditions, function level and thinking logic. This paper is based on the four dimension structure system of system engineering, formulates the four dimensional morphology of human resources knowledge by analyzing the structure of human resource knowledge from the function level, environment, process and logic. The fourdimensional structure of human resources knowledge shows that human resources knowledge includes functional knowledge dimension, environmental knowledge dimension, process knowledge dimension and logic knowledge dimension. Human resources make comprehensive use of relevant knowledge of function, environment, process and logic of in solving the problem of logical thinking process and decisionmaking process. According to the functional level of human resources, it helps the organization to determine the demand structure and the distribution characteristics of logical thinking knowledge, environmental knowledge, knowledge of business processes and function of knowledge, and then provides a reference frame and basis for the close knowledge and structure of human resource selection and training.
