摘要:
 居民对尾号限行政策的接受程度是影响政策实施效果的重要因素,但目前学术界还没有针对这一政策接受度的研究。文章首先介绍了交通需求管理政策接受度的概念及意义,随后采用问卷调查的方法,分析了天津市民对尾号限行政策的接受度,发现天津市的限行政策接受度较高,且接受度主要受到预期效果、社会规范、责任归因、问题感知、收益损失比等几个因素的影响。最后,依据这些结果提出了提高尾号限行政策接受度的若干政策建议。
Abstract:
 The acceptability of publis is a key factor influencing the effectiveness of the traffic restriction policy on tail number. However, few relevant study is aimed to investigate its acceptability. At first, this paper introduces the concept and significance of the acceptability of traffic demand management(TDM). Then applying the method of questionnaire, this paper analyzes Tianjin citizens acceptability towards the policy. The survey shows a high acceptability, which is influenced by several factors, such as expected effect, social norms, attributions of responsibility, problem perception, costbenefit ratio and so on. is studied based on the data of a questionnaire survey that was conducted in Tianjin. The results indicate that LPR policies gain high support degree in Tianjin and the support degree is influence. Finally, several suggestions are given based on results, which are beneficial to improving the acceptability of the traffic restriction policy on tail number .
