摘要:: 从传播学研究视角出发，依托“百村观察”关于农民工维权行为的专项调研数据，通过建立多元logistic 回
归模型分析得出：农民工维权行为遵循一定的层序特征，且具有显著的性别差异，农民工感知到的绝对心理感知、相
对心理感知是激发其主动向外推衍交往层序的根本动力。因此，维护农民工的合法权益，就要着力扫除农民工向外
围交往层序延伸的障碍，疏通农民工表达个人期待的渠道，建立农民工和迁入地居民间平等沟通的平台。

Abstract:: From the perspective of the science of communication， relying on the “Hundred Village Survey”， a special
survey on protection of the rights of migrant workers， and by establishing a multiple logistic regression model， it is concluded
that the protection of the rights of migrant workers follows a certain sequence and has gender differences， and their
sense of deprivation and relative deprivation are the fundamental motivations to protect their rights. Therefore， to safeguard
the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers， we must focus on removing obstacles to the peripheral extension
of migrant workers’ communication sequence， unblocking channels for migrant workers to express their personal expectations
and establishing a platform for equal communication between migrant workers and local residents.
