随着教育新征程的开启，加强“新经管”建设要遵循“双一流”建设的方向指引，立足于“双一流”建设总体
目标，对学科发展和管理模式进行不断创新与实践，这对于“新经管”建设具有重要的现实意义。当前“新经管”建
设面临诸多困境：经费投入不足，资源支持方式单一；学科发展薄弱，专业特色不明显；教学目标淡化，人才培养能力
下降；治理体系混乱，管理模式僵化。对此，高校亟需创新资源支持方式，构建多元投入机制，以学科建设为基础，深
化产教融合，回归大学使命，注重人才培养，完善治理结构，创新管理模式。

With the start of a new journey of education， strengthening the construction of “new administration” should
follow the direction of“ double first-class” construction and be based on its overall goal to constantly innovate and practice
the disciplinary development and management mode， which is of great practical significance for the construction of“ new
administration”. At present， the construction of “new management” is faced with many difficulties： insufficient investment
of funds， single way of resource support， weak discipline development， lack of obvious professional characteristics，
dilution of teaching objectives， decline of personnel training ability， confusion of governance system and rigidity of
management mode. In this regard， colleges and universities urgently need to innovate ways of resource support， build a
multi-input mechanism， be based on the discipline construction， deepen the integration of production and education， return
to the mission of the university， pay attention to personnel training， improve the governance structure and innovate
the management mode.
