摘要: 由居民的需求引发的市场激励更易促进企业提升环境行为,因此为了从需求端刺激企业改善环境行为,文章采用问卷调查法收集居民对企业环保行为归因的数据,通过探索性因子分析挖掘出居民认为的企业环保行为的3个驱动因子:政策驱动、市场驱动以及社会责任驱动;通过验证性因子分析得到各驱动因子间的相互关系;通过相关分析得到这3种驱动对居民实际购买行为的影响程度。结果表明:居民认为企业环保行为是政策驱动、市场驱动和社会责任驱动共同作用的结果,但是政策驱动和市场驱动的作用效果更为显著;居民认为企业环保行为的政策驱动对市场驱动和社会责任驱动具有相反的作用,市场驱动与社会责任驱动良性互动;市场驱动和社会责任驱动能够对居民的购买行为产生显著影响作用。

Abstract:
 Abstract: The market incentives stimulated by residents’ demand are more likely to improve corporate environmental behavior. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of improving corporate environmental behavior from the demand, questionnaire method has been employed to collect the data of residents’ attribution to corporate environmental behavior. By using Exploratory Factor Analysis, the results indicated three driving factors of corporate environmental behavior including policy driving factor, market driving factor and social responsibility driving factor. Furthermore, the relationships among the driving factors have also been explored through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Meanwhile, by employing Correlation Analysis, the relationship between the driving factors and residents’ purchasing behaviors has been extended. The results indicate that the residents believe corporate environmental behavior is driven by the three factors mentioned above, especially by policy driving factor and market driving factor. Moreover, residents also think that the policy driving factor has opposite effects on the market driving factor and social responsibility factor, while the latter two factors interact positively with each other. Finally the residents’ purchasing behavior was affected by social responsibility driving factor and marketing driving factor obviously.
