- 文章对疫情防控的理论思考主要集中在疫情防控增强民族忧患意识、疫情防控考验国家治理、疫情防控的制胜战略等三个问题上。主要结论是增强民族忧患意识是防范化解重大风险的精神准备，党的领导、民族精神、人民中心、全面改革是中国制度和国家治理经受大考的硬核，人民战争、总体战、阻击战是疫情防控的制胜战略等。
- Abstract:
- In this paper， theoretical thinking on the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is mainly focused on the following three points： During the period of epidemic prevention and control to enhance the national consciousness of hardship， to test the national governance capacity， and to develop the winning strategies. We can conclude that： First of all， strengthening the national consciousness of hardship is the spiritual preparation for preventing and defusing major risks； Secondly， under the overall leadership of the Party， carry forward the national spirit， guide by the vision of people-centered development， and comprehensively deepening reform are the core characteristics of China’s system and national governance to overcome difficulties； In the end， be determined to fight and win the battle against the epidemic by mobilizing all resources， and blocking the spread of the virus is the winning strategies.
