摘要:
 高校专项经费是高校经费的主要来源之一，其使用的科学性、合理性和实施的可持续性关系到高校的健康、长期发展。因此，如何用好、管好专项资金，加强专项经费管理，提高资金使用效率成为高校财务工作的重点和难点。文章梳理了目前高校专项经费的管理现状，利用项目管理方法分析了管理过程中所存在的问题和不足，有针对性的提出了加强高校专项经费管理的策略和建议。
Abstract:
 Special fund is a major source of funding for university, the scientificity, rationality and sustainability of project implementation are related to the healthy and longterm development of the college. Consequently, how to make good use of special funds, strengthen the management of special funds, constantly improve capital efficiency become focus and difficulty of financial management in university. This paper reviewed the current status of research on special funds management in university, and pointed out the significance of this proposed research. The authors analyzed the existing problem of special funds in university through project management methodology. In addition, this paper also gave some suggestions on strengthening the management of special funds.
