摘要:
基于外加热源再生性能测试台架,实验研究了(碳黑)微粒特性对柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)再生性能的影响规律,同时也比较了真实柴油机微粒与碳黑微粒在再生性能上的差异.结果表明,相同粒径而比表面积大的碳黑容易再生,其再生效率高,效能比(效率/能量)也高.模拟可溶性有机物(SOF)含量高的(模拟)碳黑容易再生,效能比高.模拟20%, SOF 碳黑微粒热处理后更易于再生,再生效率高,效能比高.与碳黑相比,柴油机微粒更容易再生,再生效率高,效能比高.
Abstract:
Based on the regeneration test bench with additional heating sources, the effect of particulate characteristics of carbon black on the regeneration performance of diesel particulate filters was investigated, and the differences of regeneration performance between soot and carbon black were also investigated. The results show that the carbon black with the same particulate size but a larger specific surface area was easier to be oxidized and regenerated with high the regeneration efficiency and regeneration performance ratio. The carbon black with a higher content of simulated soluble organics fraction was easier to be oxidized with high regeneration performace ratio. The carbon black after heat treatment which contained 20 percent of simulated soluble organics fraction was easier to be oxidized with high the regeneration efficiency and regeneration performance ratio.
