摘要:
一维整机仿真中,爆震是需要考虑的重要因素之一.本文采用试验和模拟结合的方法对比了两类常用爆震模型,分析了其适用范围、准确性及误差产生的原因,并提出模型可能的修正方向.试验结果表明,利用循环占有率法可较为准确地确定临界爆震点火提前角.仿真结果表明,动力学拟合模型对于不同转速、压缩比和进气温度的模拟具有较好的准确性,而经验公式模型则对不同当量比、温度和压缩比的模拟准确性较好.两类模型各自有其适用范围,均需要进一步优化和修正.
Abstract:
In the 1-D simulation of engine performance,knock is one of the key parameters to be considered.The present work compared two frequently-used knock models(empirical formula model and kinetics-fit model)in 1-D simulation based on the method of combining experimented and simulation studies.The applicable range, accuracy,and cause of errors were discussed,and possible correct methods were proposed.The experimental results shows that the knocking-cycle occupancy rate method can be used to accurately determine the knock limit spark advance (KLSA).And the simulation results demonstrate that the kinetics-fit model has good accuracy under different engine speeds,compression ratio and intake temperature,while the empirical formula model fits well under different equivalence ratio,intake temperature and compression ratio.Both of the two models should be properly chosen when conducting 1-D knock simulation is conducted,and further optimization and revision are required.
