摘要:
采用小型管式炉装置,研究了淮南烟煤煤灰及其矿物组分 SiO2、Fe2O3 和 CaSO4 对淮南烟煤热解产物产 率和煤气成分的影响.结果表明,添加淮南烟煤煤灰,在高温时煤气产率有所增加,而半焦产率有所降低;在本 试验研究的整个温度范围内,焦油产率被抑制,而热解水产率则有所增加,CO 含量下降,CO2 含量增加;在较 高温时煤气中 H2 含量有所降低,这些影响归因于淮南烟煤煤灰所含矿物组分 Fe2O3 和 CaSO4 参与了某些化学反 应以及 Fe2O3 的催化作用,
Abstract:
The influence of Huainan bituminous coal ash and its mineral components of SiO2,Fe2O3 and CaSO4 on Huainan bituminous coal pyrolysis was conducted in a small tubular furnace reactor.Results show that pyrolysis gas yield increases,while char yield decreases at high temperature with the addition of Huainan bituminous coal ash .Tar yield and CO production decrease within the whole temperature range studied in the experiment.However,pyrolysis water yield and CO2 production increase within the same temperature range.H2 production decreases at high temperature.All the above are attributed to the reactions of Fe2O3 and CaSO4 with some of coal pyrolysates,such as H2 and CO,and to the catalytic effect of Fe2O3 as well.
