摘要:
在一台四缸轻型柴油机上增加一套低压共轨系统,实现了进气道丁醇喷射,研究了不同负荷、不同柴油 替代率条件下丁醇均质混合气与柴油的复合燃烧特性.结果表明:丁醇均质混合气与柴油复合燃烧的放热率曲线 呈双峰,第一峰是由于丁醇的自燃形成的,第二峰是由于柴油点燃丁醇均质混合气形成的.在丁醇均质混合气过 量空气系数不变时,丁醇自燃的始点主要受到缸内气体状态的影响,自燃的放热量与丁醇的循环喷射量呈正相 关.复合燃烧的快速燃烧期始点取决于柴油的着火时刻,与丁醇的比例关系不大;快速燃烧期的终点(放热率曲 线的分离点)与柴油的循环喷射量呈正相关.丁醇预混合气与柴油复合燃烧的热效率随柴油替代率的增大而增 大,且高于纯柴油燃烧模式.
Abstract:
A low pressure common rail was added to a four-cylinder light duty diesel engine to realize manifold butanol injection.The compound combustion of butanol homogeneous charge and diesel fuel under different engine load and butanol ratio was investigated on the aforementioned diesel engine.Results show that the compound combustion has two heat release peaks,the first is due to the auto-ignition of premixed air-butanol mixture and the second is due to the ignition of the premixed air-butanol mixture by diesel fuel.When the fuel/air equivalence ratio of premixed air-butanol mixture is fixed,the timing of auto-ignition is determined by the state inside the cylinder,and the quantity of heat is positively correlated with the quantity of butanol injection per cycle.The start of rapid combustion duration of compound combustion is determined by the start of diesel combustion but has nothing to do with the quantity of butanol injection per cycle,and the end of the compound combustion is determined by the quantity of diesel fuel injection per cycle.The thermal efficiency of compound combustion gets higher with the increase of the ratio of butanol,and the thermal efficiency of compound combustion is higher than that purediesel fuel combustion.
