摘要:
采用热综合分析、高温煅烧试验及 XRD 表征分析,考察了 NaCl、Na2,SO4、Na2,CO3 的高温挥发特性, 同时探讨了 4 种煤灰氧化物 CaO、SiO2、Al2O3 和 Fe2O3 与 3 种钠盐的固相反应机理.结果表明:3 种钠盐的挥发 能力依次为 NaCl、Na2CO3、Na2SO4,挥发急变的温度区间分别为:800~1,000,℃、850~1,120,℃、1,100~ 1,400,℃;4 种煤灰氧化物与 3 种钠盐的反应过程明显不同,CaO 与 3 种钠盐均不发生反应;Al2O3 可以与 NaCl 和 Na2SO4 在高温下发生反应形成 NaAl11O17;3 种钠盐中,Na2CO3 与煤灰氧化物的反应能力最强,可与 SiO2、 Al2O3 以及 Fe2O3 分别发生固相反应,形成钠硅酸盐(Na2SiO3、Na2Si2O5)、钠铝酸盐(NaAlO2)和钠铁酸盐 (NaFeO2).
Abstract:
The volatilization characteristics of NaCl,Na2SO4,Na2CO3 and the mechanism of solid-phase reaction between sodium salts and minerals such as CaO,SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 were investigated by means of thermal synthetic analysis,high-temperature calcination,and XRD analysis.The results indicated that the volatile order of sodium salts were NaCl,Na2CO3,Na2SO4,with the volatile initial-ending temperature ranges of 800— 1,000,℃,850—1,120,℃ and 1,100—1,400,℃,respectively.The solid-phase reactions between the three sodium salts and the four oxides in coal ash were remarkably different.CaO did not react with any sodium salts,while Al2O3 could react with NaCl and Na2SO4 to form NaAl11O17.Among the three sodium salts,Na2CO3 had the highest reactivity and reaction degree,which could react with SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 to produce sodium silicate (Na2SiO3 and Na2Si2O5),sodium aluminate (NaAlO2) and sodium ferrocyanide (NaFeO2),separately.
