摘要:
钙基CO2 吸收剂再生过程中,石灰石的分解需要大量能量.本文提出用煤的燃烧为石灰石分解提供能 量,并研究了O2/CO2/水蒸气气氛下煤的燃烧对石灰石分解行为的影响.实验结果表明,过量氧气系数增大可以 抑制CO 和H2的生成,促进硫化反应,从而降低SO2的排放,然而也会促进NO 的排放.煤的燃烧会使分解产物 CaO 活性降低,但水蒸气的添加又提升了产物的活性.水蒸气的添加还会促进硫化反应,使SO2排放得到控制.
Abstract:
Limestone decomposition requires a large quantity of energy during the regeneration of CaO sorbent for CO2 capture.The energy can be obtained from coal combustion,which is proposed in this study.The effect of coal combustion on limestone decomposition is investigated in O2/CO2/steam atmosphere.The experimental results show that the increase of excess oxygen coefficient not only inhibits the generations of CO and H2 but also accelerates sulfuration reaction to reduce the emission of SO2.However,it can also result in the increase of NO emission.Coal combustion leads to the decrease of CaO reactivity,but it can be improved by steam activation. Moreover,steam also accelerates sulfuration reaction,thus restraining SO2 emission.
