摘要:
本文综述了燃煤锅炉飞灰(包括细小飞灰和大颗粒灰)对 SCR 脱硝催化剂的影响,阐述了飞灰的相关物 理化学性质,具体介绍了目前催化剂再生的方式,最后重点总结了当前预防飞灰危害催化剂的主要方法.堵塞、 磨损、中毒是飞灰危害催化剂的主要因素.细小飞灰易引起中毒和积灰;大颗粒灰易造成严重的堵塞和磨损.在 清洗再生、热再生、化学再生等再生手段的基础上,采取多种预防措施相结合的方法,将是预防飞灰影响、保证 SCR 系统高效稳定运行的关键和发展方向之一.
Abstract:
A review of coal-fired boiler fly ash (both fine fly ash and large particle ash) influencing SCR denitration catalysts was presented. The relevant physical and chemical properties of fly ash and the current methods of catalyst regeneration were also introduced specifically. The main methods for preventing the endangering of catalyst by fly ash were emphatically summarized based on the applications both at home and abroad. Blocking, abrasion and poisoning are the main factors in threatening and destroying catalysts. Fine fly ash easily causes the poisoning and bridging deposit of catalysts, while large particle ash likely causes the serious blocking and abrasion. On the basis of catalyst regeneration, including cleaning regeneration, thermal regeneration and chemical regeneration, the combination of various preventive measures will be the key and one of the developing tends in protecting catalysts and ensuring the high-efficiency and stable operation of the SCR system.
