摘要:
在微型流化床反应器上,对几种典型煤焦在O2/CO2 燃烧方式下不同燃烧气氛、氧气体积分数、初始循环 NOx体积分数对NOx生成的影响以及煤焦/NO 的异相还原进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,同一种气氛下CO2焦的 N 转化率大于N2气氛焦转化率;氧气体积分数提高对煤焦还原NOx既有促进也有抑制作用;初始NOx体积分数的 提高对NOx还原量、还原速率均有提高.
Abstract:
The mechanisms of NOx heterogeneous reduction reactions with several typical coal chars under O2/CO2 atmosphere were studied in a micro fluidized bed reactor. The experiments were conducted under different combustion atmospheres,different oxygen concentration and different initial concentrations of NOx. The experimental results show that NOx conversion rate to N2 in CO2-char is greater than that in N2-char under the same atmosphere,that NOx reduced by char first increases then decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration,and that with initial NOx concentrations increase,both the amount of NOx reduction and its rate increase.
