摘要:
 在试验柴油机上进行了柴油缸内直喷结合丁醇气道喷射的复合喷油燃烧试验.结果表明,小负荷工况下,
复合喷油燃烧过程以预混燃烧为主,随着丁醇喷射比例的增大,最大爆发压力小幅度降低,最大压力升高率略有升
高.大负荷工况下,复合喷油燃烧过程存在明显的扩散燃烧,随着丁醇喷射比例的增大,扩散燃烧比例减小,预混
燃烧比例增加,放热率峰值相应增大,特别在低转速工况下,会导致压力升高率显著升高,敲缸倾向增大.随丁醇
喷射比例增大,柴油-丁醇复合喷油燃烧的滞燃期几乎不发生变化,燃烧持续期缩短,指示热效率降低,但保持在
40%~50%.丁醇喷射比例是影响柴油-丁醇复合喷油燃烧性能的重要因素,根据工况调节丁醇喷射比例,可以保证
发动机在全工况范围内获得良好的燃烧和经济性能.
Abstract:
 The combined combustion with butanol port injection and diesel in-cylinder direct injection was experimentally
studied in a research diesel engine. The results showed that at low loads,premixed combustion was prominent
in the combined injection combustion. And the peak of combustion pressure decreased slightly and the maximum
pressure rising rate ascended mildly as butanol/diesel injection ratio increased. At high loads,diffusion combustion
was more dominant in the combined injection combustion. When butanol/diesel injection ratio increased,the proportion
of diffusion combustion decreased and that of premixed combustion increased with a rise in the peak of heat release
rate. At low speeds,especially,the pressure rising rate ascended obviously,aggravating knocking. With an
increase in butanol/diesel injection ratio,the delay period of combined combustion hardly changed,while combustion
duration shortened with a decrease in indicated thermal efficiency which was kept within the range of 40% to 50%.
Therefore,butanol/diesel injection ratio is an important factor affecting the combustion characteristics of dieselbutanol
combined injection. Excellent combustion and economy performance can be achieved within the whole engine
operating range by adjusting butanol/diesel injection ratio in accordance with engine conditions.
