提出了一种新的航空煤油(Jet A-1)替代燃料(正癸烷与三甲基苯双组分混合燃料),并形成了该替代燃料着
火与燃烧的化学反应机理(包括118 种组分,527 个基元反应).采用该反应机理,对该替代燃料在激波管中的着火
特性进行了详细分析.同时,对其在预混燃烧炉、预混搅拌反应器中的预混燃烧过程进行了数值计算,详细分析了
反应物(n-C10H22 和O2)、主要生成物(CO、CO2、H2 和H2O)及多种中间组分(CH2O、C2H2、C2H4、C3H4、C3H6、
C4H8和C5H10)摩尔分数的变化趋势,并与正癸烷单组分替代燃料的着火与燃烧特性及实验数据进行了对比分析.结
果表明,正癸烷与三甲基苯双组分混合替代燃料能准确反映出Jet A-1 的着火及燃烧特性,同时,要优于正癸烷单组
分替代燃料.
Abstract:
A new surrogate fuel(the mixed fuel of n-decane and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene)for kerosene(Jet A-
1)was provided,and a reaction mechanism(including 118 species and 527 reactions)for the ignition and combustion
of the surrogate fuel was compiled. The ignition characteristic of the surrogate fuel in the shock tube was simulated
using the detailed reaction mechanism. Furthermore,the premixed combustion processes of the surrogate fuel in the
premixed burner and the perfectly stirred reactor were simulated. The mole fractions of the reactants(such as n-C10H22
and O2),the major combustion products(such as CO,CO2,H2,and H2O),and the intermediate species(such as
CH2O,C2H2,C2H4,C3H4,C3H6,C4H8,and C5H10)were analyzed. At the same time,the simulation results
were compared with those of another surrogate fuel(n-decane)and the experimental data,respectively. The results
show that the mixed fuel of n-decane and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene as surrogate fuel can accurately reflect the ignition
and combustion characteristics of Jet A-1,and is also better than those of n-decane.
