应用CFD 模拟软件FIRE 针对车用增压柴油机在高负荷工况下采用预喷射策略的缸内工作过程进行了数值计算,并分析了预喷射量和预/主间隔角对燃烧过程和排放的影响.研究结果表明,随预/主间隔角和预喷射量的增加燃烧始点提前,主喷燃油的燃烧速率加快,燃烧重心和终点提前,致使缸压峰值、放热率峰值和温度峰值均有所升高和前移;同时,对于NOx和碳烟,预喷射量和预/主喷射间隔角存在两个界限,在两个界限之内能获得较好的NOx和碳烟的折中关系,并且这两个界限与预喷射量和预/主喷射间隔角存在着一定的关系,当预喷射量和间隔角较小时碳烟生成量较高,而预喷射量和间隔角过大时NOx生成量急剧增加.
Abstract:
Numerical simulation of thermodynamic cycle and combustion in a turbocharged vehicle diesel engine using pilot injections under high load operations is carried out by means of a CFD tri-dimensional numerical analysis software FIRE. In this paper,the effects of pilot injection fuel quantity and interval between pilot and main injection on combustion process and exhaust emissions are discussed. The computed results indicate that start of ignition,combustion center and combustion terminal are advanced,and duration of main combustion is shortened with the increasing interval and pilot injection fuel quantity. All these factors result in increase and advance of in-cylinder peak pressure,peak heat release rate and peak temperature. For NOx and soot emission control,there are two limits for pilot injection fuel quantity and interval between pilot and main injection,and quantity and interval are relative to the two limits. The less quantity and interval,the more soot, and when quantity and interval become excessive,NOx emission increases dramatically. Moreover,well soot and NOx trade-off may be obtained between the two limits.
