摘要:
为准确预测煤粉燃烧中NOx生成与还原,在数值仿真模型中,将碳烟引入煤粉的热解过程,考虑碳烟对 NO 的还原作用,此外在燃料型NOx模型中将HCN氧化速率设置为De Soete 推荐值的13 倍.采用国际火焰燃烧 协会IFRF 的试验结果对模型进行验证,结果表明,改进后的数值计算模型能够显著提高对燃烧器出口附近x= 0.15 平面处NO 体积分数变化的预测精度,而其他数值计算模型在该平面处的NO体积分数计算结果普遍偏低.
Abstract:
In order to predict the NOx formation and reduction in pulverized coal combustion more accurately,the soot is introduced into coal pyrolysis process,considering NOx reduced by soot.In addition,the HCN oxidation rate is set to be 13 times the value recommended by De Soete in the fuel-type NOx model.The results of IFRF test are used to verify our model,and it is shown that the improved numerical model can improve the prediction accuracy of NO volume fraction in the x=0.15 plane near the burner exit, while NO volume fraction calculated by the other model are generally low.
