针对油品顺序输送中混油界面的鉴定问题,提出了一种利用表面等离子共振(SPR)技术检测油品种类的方法.论文选取90#汽油、93#汽油、97#汽油作为测量对象,根据不同油品介电常数的差异,通过检测不同油品流经SPR传感器表面后,引起的SPR共振角的变化,获得了不同油品的折射率.实验结果表明,SPR技术能够识别不同的油品种类,测量结果准确可靠,为今后在线、快速、精确的混油检测奠定了技术基础.
Abstract:
In order to identify the interface of mixed oils in product oil transportation, a method to determine the product oil types based on surface plasmon resonance(SPR) technique is proposed. Petrol 90#, petrol 93# and petrol 97# are measured in the paper. The SPR angle varies when different kinds of petrol with different dielectric constants flow through the SPR sensor. Subsequently, the refractive index of petrol measured is obtained by the SPR angle. The experiment results show that the refractive index measurements obtained through SPR sensor are accurate and reliable, which can identify different types of product oils. These experiments lay the technical foundation for future online, fast and accurate detection of the interface of mixed product oils.
