摘要:
毛细管电泳与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(CE-ICP-MS)具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、样品提升量少等优点,广泛应用于元素形态分析领域.本文阐述了在设计CE-ICP-MS接口中存在的问题,包括毛细管电连接、CE与雾化器的流速匹配以及自吸效应的抑制,报道了目前常用的CE-ICP-MS接口方案,指出毛细管与雾化器之间的接口是CE-ICP-MS 联用技术成功的关键.最后,综述了近几年使用CE-ICP-MS联用技术对砷、锰、铬、硒元素进行形态分析的应用进展,并指出该联用技术将会应用到更多的实际样品形态检测中.
Abstract:
The coupling of capillary electrophoresis(CE) with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has such advantages as high sensitivity, rapid analysis and small volume of sample requirement, promising a powerful tool for element speciation analysis. This paper investigates some issues concerning CE-ICP-MS applications, including the closing of the electrical circuit of CE, the match of different flow rates and the overcoming of the effect of suction flow. A special focus is drawn to various interface developments connecting capillary and nebulizer reported in literatures. The interface itself may be considered as the key to successful coupling. Finally, the application of CE-ICP-MS in speciation analyses of arsenic, manganese, chromium and selenium in recent years is reviewed. It is concluded that the technique will be applied to speciation analysis of an increasing number of real samples.
