摘要:
针对同一物体首尾或不同位置的滚转角测量,提出了一种基于泰伯-莫尔效应的测量方法,其主要原理是利用Ronchi光栅形成的泰伯像与第2块Ronchi光栅形成莫尔条纹,两个光栅的夹角即为滚转角,泰伯-莫尔条纹的宽度和倾角会随滚转角的变化而变化,通过对泰伯-莫尔条纹宽度和倾角的计算可获得光栅副滚转角的大小.基于以上方法,建立了一种滚转角测量系统,并对条纹图像进行处理与分析.理论分析和实验结果表明该方法可以实现±5 400 arcsec范围内滚转角的测量,并且最小分辨力为0.78 arcsec.
Abstract:
A method for roll angle measurement of front and rear parts around axial or different parts of an object is proposed, which is based on the Talbot-Moiré effect. Talbot-Moiré fringes are formed by Talbot image of the first Ronchi grating and the second grating. The angle between the two gratings is roll angle. The orientation angle and width of the Moiré fringes vary with the relative angle between reflection grating and transmission grating. A system design of relative roll angle measurement is proposed, and the fringes’ image processing method is discussed in this paper. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that this method can realize 0.78 arcsec resolution within ±5 400 arcsec measurement range for the roll angle.
