本文基于激光视觉测量原理,设计了一套密封条360°截面轮廓在线检测系统,该系统采用4套线结构光传感器以获取被测密封条的完整轮廓.针对4套线结构光传感器,提出了一种可应用于现场的、快速全局统一校准方法,并设计了对应的新型立体靶标.另外,提出了一种对截面轮廓二维数据进行筛选和融合的数据处理方法,得到密封条截面轮廓数据.设计并进行了系统标定及系统准确度验证实验,实验结果表明,系统在一定测量范围内能实时获取密封条截面全周轮廓,系统测量准确度高于0.05 mm.
Abstract:
An on-line detection system based on the principle of laser-vision measurement is developed in this paper, which can accomplish the 360° omnibearing measurement of sealing strip’s section profile by using four structuredlight sensors. Regarding the four structuredlight sensors, a fast field unified calibration method is proposed and a newly designed 3D calibration target is presented correspondingly. A data processing method for the fusion and sieving of the 2D section profile data is also introduced in the paper. Then the 2D coordinates of the sealing strip’s section are achieved. Calibration experiment and accuracy experiment are designed and conducted, and the experiment results confirm that the sealing strip’s section profile can be obtained real-timely within a certain range. The measurement accuracy of the system is better than 0.05 mm.
