摘要:
 Surface stress-based biosensors use the balance of free energy change to test biosignals,
and the sensitive element plays a decisive role in the whole biosensors. A new surface stress-based
transducer is researched and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) micro-membrane with 500 μm× 500 μm× 1
μm dimensions was designed as the sensitive element, fabricated and measured. Results show that the
PDMS membrane can be used to detect E. coli as the sensitive element.
Abstract:
基于表面应力的生物传感器利用分子间的结合能来测试生物信号,传感器敏感元件在整个传感器系统中起
着决定性作用. 研制了一种新型的基于表面应力的传感器,设计、制造了参数为500 μm× 500 μm× 1 μm 的PDMS微
薄膜作为敏感元件,并对其进行测量.实验结果表明该薄膜作为敏感元件可以用来探测大肠杆菌.
