摘要:
建立了人血清样品中13种微量元素的碰撞反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法,根据元素所受到的干扰不同,碰撞反应池分别选用标准、碰撞和反应3种工作模式,优化仪器测定参数,确定了最优的测试条件.分析了100名健康成人血清样品中13种微量元素,给出了测量值范围.该方法的检出限为0.016~1.920 μg/L,元素加标回收率在100%±10%之内.前处理方法采用稀硝酸直接稀释法,方法简便、快速,样品用量少(血清200 μL),可实现人体血清内多种微量元素的检测.
Abstract:
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method with collision/reaction cell technology was established for the determination of 13 trace elements in human serum. To optimize the instrument measured parameters and determinate the optimal conditions, the equipment was operated in standard, collision or reaction modes respectively according to the distinct interference of individual element. Reference values of 13 trace elements in human serum from 100 healthy adults were given. The detection limit of of the method is within the range of 0.016—1.920 μg/L, and the spike recovery for elements falls within 100%±10%. The 1/10 dilution with a solution of nitric acid was used as pre-treatment for human serum samples, which was simple and fast, and reduced the necessary sample volume to 200 μL. So the method can be employed to monitor multi-elementary concentrations in human serum.
