摘要:
为了减小力矩电机转矩测量中零件的加工制造误差和系统的装配误差对设备测量精度的影响,从影响转矩测量结果的力矩电机定子、转子之间的轴向误差和力矩电机测量装置中转矩传动轴与力矩测量轴之间的径向误差两方面出发,从理论上分析两种误差对于测量结果的影响,并通过最小二乘线性拟合的方法,确定他们与转矩测量结果之间的关系.基于该关系模型,利用RomerMultigage三坐标测量机测量的力矩电机定子、转子的轴向误差和力矩电机测量装置中的径向误差值的大小,就可以预测这时的转矩测量偏差,从而对转矩测量结果进行补偿.实验表明,该方法减小了轴向误差和径向误差对力矩测量结果的影响,提高了转矩测量结果的准确度.
Abstract:
During the torque measurement of torque motor, the measuring accuracy of the instrument will be reduced by the manufacturing deviation and assembling deviation of the system. To improve the measurement accuracy, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of two kinds of deviations on measurement result, which are axial deviation between stator and rotor of the torque motor and radial deviation between the torque drive shaft, and the torque measuring shaft, and the relationship between these deviations and the torque measurement result are obtained by the method of least squares linear fitting. Based on the relationship model, with the axial deviation of the stator and rotor of torque motor and the radial deviation between the torque drive shaft and the torque measuring shaft measured by the three coordinate measuring machine RomerMultigage, the torque measurement results can be compensated with the predicted deviation. Experiments show that this method can reduce the influence of the axial and radial deviations on the torque measurement results, and can improve the accuracy of the results.
