摘要:
针对油田现场对回注水油分浓度的在线检测需求,设计了管道式回注水油分检测系统.系统基于油分紫外荧光效应,首先对油分的荧光光谱进行测量,完成系统激发光和荧光发射光波长的选择,然后采集荧光发射光进行微弱信号处理,最终求得油分浓度.采用法兰式结构,搭建了管道式回注水油分检测系统样机,并进行了室内油分浓度测量实验,结果表明,系统对于0~1 000 mg/L范围油分浓度测量的相对误差小于7%.
Abstract:
Regarding the on-line oil concentration detection of injection water in the oil field, a pipe type oil detection system for injection water is proposed in this paper. Based on the fluorescence effect, the oil fluorescence spectrum was firstly researched to determine the proper wavelength of excitation light and fluorescence emission light. Then, the weak signal of fluorescence emission light was collected and processed. Finally, the oil concentration data was obtained. Adopting the flange connection, the prototype of pipe type oil detection system for injection water was established to measure the oil concentration in laboratory. Results show that the relative error is lower that 7% for oil concentration measurement within the range of 0—1 000 mg/L.
